About the role

  • Online Marketing Manager for Tutario GmbH managing Google Ads campaigns and social media channels. Focusing on performance marketing and organic growth in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns — targeted and performance-oriented
  • You manage our social media channels (Meta, TikTok) — both organic and paid
  • You drive our organic growth — SEO, content and visibility are familiar territory for you
  • You analyze campaigns, continuously optimize them and keep CPC, CTR and conversion goals in focus
  • You work closely with sales and bring your ideas straight into implementation

Requirements

  • Experience with Google Ads, ideally also with Facebook/Meta Ads
  • Familiar with SEO, tracking, landing pages and conversion optimization
  • A good feel for target audiences and digital communication
  • Independent, structured way of working — you don’t need a rigid playbook
  • Desire for responsibility, creativity and delivering results
