Responsibilities
Planning and executing performance marketing campaigns
Analyzing data and optimizing campaign performance
Monitoring and reporting on campaign results
Supporting strategy development for commercially successful lead generation
Assisting with transferring successful campaign approaches to other companies within the group
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B (SaaS) environment
Solid knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and common analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
Affinity for AI and interest in new marketing technologies
You work in a structured, data-driven and solution-oriented way and are keen to develop professionally and personally in a dynamic environment
You communicate very confidently in German and are comfortable in English
