About the role

  • Brand Marketing Manager executing marketing strategies for Bridgestone in the automotive sector. Responsible for brand activation, product marketing, and regional events management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation of Brand Activation platforms ensuring a consistent Brand message across all marketing activities.
  • Support Head of Marketing AME on the execution of the Marketing Plan to support brand strategy and positioning based on EMEA and CoE guidelines.
  • Boost BS & FS Brand Power through Brand Activation Platforms, implementing the proper execution plan and continuous development of new opportunities.
  • Ensure a consistent brand message and image, in line with EMEA brand guidelines, across all company and channel activities.
  • Implement the Global Brands Identity with a primary focus on positioning BS as a Leader in Mobility Solutions.
  • Coordinate Prestige OEM local activations in strong coordination with HQ brand team.
  • Localize all HQ Product Marketing Materials in strong coordination with business related roles.
  • Coordination and execution of new/hero/strategic products launching plans at local level including launch events, Roadshows, etc.
  • Execute Hero products paid media marketing plan in full coordination with Head of Marketing AME and HQ Business Marketing.
  • Monitor digital performance through analytics and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting.
  • Organize and coordinate all local events to ensure alignment with brand and image policies, fostering a consistent and high-quality representation of the brand.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing & Communication or University degree in Business Management and Administration.
  • Marketing and Communications achievements proved in automotive industry (not necessary tire business but preferable).
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Marketing.
  • Experience with ERP and BI systems (SAP is an advantage).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of pricing models and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent written & spoken English.
  • Arabic as a plus.
