Responsibilities

  • Manage TURN’s employee benefits programs
  • Oversee benefits administration and compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate with employees and vendors
  • Monitor workplace safety protocols
  • Conduct safety inspections and training

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Benefits Administration, Safety, or related field
  • Expert-level proficiency in ADP Workforce Now Benefits Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Cal/OSHA, workplace safety requirements
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, or safety certifications), preferred
