About the role

  • Technology Senior Manager managing complex business and technology projects at Protiviti. Fostering relationships with clients and mentoring team members in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex business and technology projects and transformations for clients
  • Develop strategies to solve complex business problems and devise solutions
  • Foster a network within the business community as an ambassador of Protiviti
  • Mentor and provide performance development to teams overseeing successful completion of project work plans
  • Promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members
  • Participate in the creation and rollout of training and ways for your team to improve clients' experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS)
  • 7+ years working in professional services and large scale business and technology project and program management roles
  • Proficiency in project and program management tooling
  • Proficiency with multiple project and work management delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid, etc.)
  • Professional Certification such as PMP, Agile Scrum/Product Owner, SAFe or similar strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with Transformation Office Enablement, Technology Program Delivery, Program Management as a Service (PMaaS), Agile Enablement & Delivery.
  • Working knowledge of three-tier architecture and its impact on information and security management
  • Experience with various database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, Access)
  • Basic knowledge of one or more development languages and SQL
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
