Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to gather business requirements and understand client processes
- Analyse, design, and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives
- Recommend the best-fitting solutions based on logic, feasibility, and platform capabilities
- Drive MVP approaches and lead mobile app projects
- Own and manage functional scope for projects
- Help clients build roadmaps, prioritize features, and groom backlogs
- Conduct research on new products, updates, and platforms to advise clients
- Act as a subject matter expert, raising awareness of innovation and process improvements
- Coordinate effectively with offshore teams and vendors across different time zones
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in delivering large-scale projects
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Commerce Tools, or BigCommerce etc.
- Proven track record in software development environments and end-to-end project lifecycles
- Experience with both B2B and B2C implementations
- Strong requirement documentation skills (user stories, flows/diagrams, functional specifications)
- Ability to translate between technical, creative, and business stakeholders
- Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking
- Excellent attention to detail, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to clients
