Responsibilities
- Partnering with different hiring managers to screen, assess and deliver the recruitment needs across various functions.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to onboarding and ensuring successful new hire integration.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through diverse channels such as job portals, social media, headhunting, campus recruitment, referrals, and international partnerships.
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate profiles and interview outcomes.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both active and passive talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively managing and engaging candidate pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified talent.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
- Leading and executing campus recruitment activities targeting interns, trainees, contract staff, and entry-level talent.
- Supporting employer branding efforts to strengthen talent attraction and improve conversion rates.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate recruitment reports, including weekly status updates and hiring dashboards.
- Contributing to various ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- At least 1-2 years of work experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition, preferably from an e-commerce, marketing agency, or live commerce industry.
- Fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and the local talent markets.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) and familiar with various sourcing channels.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Good analytical acumen, including the ability to provide insights with data on the salary benchmarking, market competitiveness & talent pipelie
- Regional recruitment experience in SEA locations would be a bonus
