About the role

  • Social Key Account Manager overseeing ecommerce strategies for brands on live commerce platforms. Collaborating with teams to enhance brand performance through innovative content and commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee brand performance, driving success through effective commercial and content strategies
  • Create ecommerce strategies and annual plans, focusing on live streams and short videos
  • Manage Brand Performance overseeing the end-to-end performance of assigned brands
  • Oversee all aspects of live commerce operations
  • Work with internal Live Commerce team to develop a content calendar
  • Provide expert recommendations on strategies, promotions, and content ideas
  • Act as the main point of contact for brands and platforms
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new brands
  • Partner with leadership to maintain and grow existing accounts

Requirements

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce
  • 1 year of experience in live commerce, such as livestreaming or short video formats
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy
  • Eager to learn with continuous growth and improvement mindset
  • Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance enhancement
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (writing and communicating skills)
