About the role

  • Senior Key Account Manager overseeing Intrepid-client relationships and driving online sales revenue in eCommerce. Collaborating on strategic planning with leading brands across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the Intrepid-client relationship
  • Determines opportunities and identifies process improvements
  • Foster client relationships and work with sales and marketing teams
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met and their voices are heard

Requirements

  • 4 years of eCommerce background preferably from a brand/platforms/enablers industry
  • Good in English
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility)
  • Proficient in excel and PowerPoint
