About the role
- Affiliate Executive managing and growing affiliate marketing initiatives, focusing on TikTok Shop campaigns at Intrepid Asia. Collaborate with brands to drive commercial results through digital and social commerce.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, primarily on Shopee & TikTok Shop
- Build a strategic plan on how to optimize and leverage affiliate business in Shopee & TikTok Shop
- Create a strategic plan on how to nurture until sustaining affiliate communities
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products
- Coordinate with content creators and external stakeholders to ensure brand messaging and visuals are aligned with campaign goals
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track ROI and sales growth
- Negotiate commission structures and special incentives to maximize affiliate engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies
- Explore and test new affiliate platforms and marketing opportunities for expansion
Requirements
- 2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of Shopee & TikTok Shop affiliate tools and campaign mechanics
- Basic knowledge of online sales funnels, performance marketing, and social media engagement
- Experience managing multi-category products (e.g., fashion, beauty, FMCG)
- Knowledge of other affiliate platforms or influencer marketing tools
- Background in live selling or campaign project management
