About the role

  • Live Commerce Manager overseeing operations and strategy for livestream and video content in e-commerce. Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with brand objectives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations, performance, and strategy of Livestream, Video Content Production, and Host teams
  • Lead and mentor team leads to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Monitor performance and implement improvement actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with sales goals
  • Act as a liaison between internal local teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in e-Commerce and/or Live Commerce
  • 2-3 years in a managerial or cross-functional leadership role
  • Strong understanding of livestream ecosystems and e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset to interpret performance metrics
  • Fluent in English
