About the role

  • Regional Safety Manager overseeing implementation of safety policies and compliance with regulations in California. Lead safety programs and mentor department staff across service divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage implementation and execution of safety policies
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop department staff
  • Implement training programs to maintain compliance
  • Investigate incidents and lead corrective action plans
  • Conduct field visits and site inspections

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HS&E experience
  • 1 year in leadership role in high-hazard construction
  • OSHA 30 required
  • OSHA 500 preferred
  • CHST, CHSO or similar certifications strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction HS&E standards
  • Proficiency in computer-based programs (e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint)
