Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop department staff
  • Establish departmental KPIs and ensure team accountability
  • Serve as the primary safety leader in the region
  • Implement policies, procedures, and training programs for compliance
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety complaints
  • Conduct field visits and site inspections

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HS&E experience, with at least 1 year in leadership role in high-hazard construction
  • OSHA 30 required
  • OSHA 500 preferred
  • CHST, CHSO or similar safety certifications strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in computer-based programs (e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint)
