About the role

  • E-commerce analyst at C&A analyzing performance metrics and driving strategic recommendations for commercial success. Integrating with cross-functional teams for optimized results in the digital fashion retail sector.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze daily e-commerce performance indicators (sales, margin and inventory), identifying deviations and opportunities and directing actions;
  • Analyze performance by category, channel and campaigns, generating insights and recommendations focused on increasing sales, profitability and inventory turnover;
  • Conduct critical analysis of assortment, inventory depth, product performance and market positioning versus competitors, identifying opportunities and directing actions to maximize results;
  • Lead, together with the involved areas, the execution of the commercial calendar, ensuring alignment with business strategies;
  • Work closely with Product and Performance teams, actively contributing with analyses and guidance to optimize results;
  • Monitor the sales funnel and customer journey, identifying bottlenecks (e.g., conversion, abandonment) and directing opportunities to the responsible teams;
  • Build analyses and reports that support leadership decision-making, with clarity and a focus on business impact;
  • Contribute to the definition of commercial strategies such as pricing, promotions and product placement;
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of information and analyses produced;
  • Act proactively when interfacing with partner areas (Marketing, CRM, BI, Logistics and Technology), ensuring alignment and smooth execution;
  • Track the results of implemented actions, evaluate impact and propose continuous adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with roles in commercial areas or commercial planning;
  • Experience in digital retail is a plus;
  • Management and monitoring of e-commerce KPIs (sales, margin, conversion, average ticket, ROI);
  • Ability to structure analyses and translate data into actionable recommendations;
  • Strong collaboration skills with teams such as Product, Performance, CRM and Marketing;
  • Experience with commercial calendar planning and promotional campaigns;
  • Experience with analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Power BI or similar).
