  • Head of Global Digital Trading leading commercial strategy and overseeing eCommerce P&L across 14 markets. Driving digital transformation through Shopify rollout and AI innovations.

Responsibilities

  • own the global eCommerce trading P&L across 14 markets
  • define the commercial strategy that turns digital traffic into revenue and margin
  • lead the trading cadence, the promotional calendar, and commercial decision-making forum
  • lead regional trading managers and collaborate with merchandising, paid media, CX, and marketplace
  • actively adopt new tools to build an AI-first trading function

Requirements

  • carried a digital P&L at scale
  • deep commercial instinct
  • track record of moving revenue and margin numbers in a multi-market environment
  • fluent in trading data
  • confident with forecasting and commercial modelling
  • comfortable with the unique complexity of trading across both consumer and Rep channels
  • must be a builder, not a maintainer
