About the role
- Head of Mortgage Early-Stage Default Operations overseeing delinquency and default life cycles at Truist, ensuring operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full early-stage default lifecycle including collections and loss mitigation activities
- Ensure consistent execution of servicing strategies aligned with regulatory requirements

Requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in risk management
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive leadership
