- Partner with risk and regulatory leaders to set, monitor, and adjust KRI thresholds, influencing business mix and risk appetite.
- Align credit and sales strategies to optimize portfolio growth and profitability while maintaining robust risk practices.
- Lead end-to-end oversight of credit portfolios, ensuring adherence to risk management frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive risk identification.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in credit risk management, portfolio oversight, credit strategy, or related disciplines.
- Deep expertise in credit risk concepts, regulatory frameworks (e.g., OCC, Basel), portfolio analytics, and technology-driven process improvement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate complex governance structures.
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; confident spokesperson in executive and regulatory settings.
