Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial industry education or related training
8+ years of experience in lending and/or financial services
Outstanding presentation skills; both verbal and in presentation material(s) creation
Experience in program and project management
Innovative mindset, strategic thinker with team experience
Analytical aptitude, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates executive presence and leadership capabilities
