About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities of customer accounts ensuring on-time product deliveries
  • Develop action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions
  • Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning and monitoring execution strategies
  • Communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinates and hosts program tracking meetings with customers

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process and schedules
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
