- Responsible for researching development opportunities and foundations for program leverage

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field
- At least 4 years of experience in Project/Program Management
- Experience in managing complex initiative and multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with working with grants
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional internal and external key stakeholders
- Experience leading professional staff and fostering accountability, collaboration, and results-oriented performance
- Familiarity with California Medicaid (Medi-Cal) and regulatory entities such as Department of Health Care Service (DHCS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), or Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) preferred
- Knowledge of health care operations or health care systems preferred
