Responsibilities
leading and overseeing the Member Services Outreach Department
planning, developing, executing and evaluating a comprehensive member education and engagement program
collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop stakeholder relationships
managing assessment and evaluation tools to collect and analyze data
providing feedback to the Chief Benefits Officer and others as required
Requirements
3-5 years in outreach, benefits education, communications, public relations or stakeholder engagement with some leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, finance education or a related field
valid driver’s license
