About the role

  • Member Services Outreach Manager leading the outreach team to enhance knowledge of TRS benefits and retirement security. Collaborating with stakeholders for effective communication and education programs.

Responsibilities

  • leading and overseeing the Member Services Outreach Department
  • planning, developing, executing and evaluating a comprehensive member education and engagement program
  • collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop stakeholder relationships
  • managing assessment and evaluation tools to collect and analyze data
  • providing feedback to the Chief Benefits Officer and others as required

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in outreach, benefits education, communications, public relations or stakeholder engagement with some leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, finance education or a related field
  • valid driver’s license
