About the role

  • Account Manager at Sadec Akelys ensuring rigorous accounting practices for diversified client portfolio. Supervised by Chartered Accountants with emphasis on professional development and client relations.

Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of Chartered Accountants, you will work autonomously with rigor and professional responsibility on accounting engagements:
  • Manage the complete accounting portfolio for a diverse group of companies across all sectors of activity and various legal forms, including real estate;
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and account reviews and supervise the work of staff and trainees;
  • Prepare and monitor routine tax filings;
  • Manage interim balance sheet positions and prepare and analyze management dashboards;
  • Prepare annual financial statements and the corresponding tax returns;
  • Support teams and clients during tax and social (payroll/labor) audits;
  • Maintain relationships with a client base made up of micro-enterprises, SMEs and associations.

Requirements

  • You hold at least a DCG or equivalent;
  • You have 5 years of experience in an accounting firm;
  • You are able to manage a small team and/or mentor trainees;
  • Passionate about advising business leaders, you have strong client relationship skills;
  • You may have experience with Sage, Dext, Diaclient, MEG, Caseware, Silae, Polyact and other accounting software;
  • You have a strong interest in new digital tools and solid IT skills;
