Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of supervisory experience leading teams
- Ability to transfer to other locations within the designated district
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
