Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and key external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, industry leaders, and consultants
Lead opportunity pre-positioning efforts, support proposal development, and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client and Indigenous Partnership needs while advancing long-term objectives
Represent Triton at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence
Analyze regional and sector-specific market trends, as well as competitor activities, to support informed strategic planning and decision-making
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the professional consulting industry
Strong understanding of Canada’s business landscape and the broader consulting market
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated and relationship-driven, with a demonstrated ability to create opportunities and support the successful closing of deals
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of translating high-level objectives into actionable plans
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adaptable to learning new systems (experience with NetSuite is an asset)
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and with clients
Effective time management, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
Analytical and solutions-focused, capable of evaluating complex situations and developing practical recommendations
