- Provide technical support for modernization efforts, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic warfare systems.
- Verify system performance and conduct assessments to ensure operational readiness.
- Manage and coordinate CASREPs, OBTAs, and CSSQTs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Document technical processes, test results, and system performance data accurately.
- Attend meetings at NSWC Crane (Indiana) as required to facilitate communication and project updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic warfare systems and support.
- Fiber optic certification in all modules, including Quality Assurance (QA).
- Proven experience managing technical projects in a government or defense environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and system verification skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
