Responsibilities
Onboard and manage gaming studios with diverse game portfolios, focusing on the gaming market in Turkey.
Lead the full lifecycle of game development, from ideation to launch, ensuring the creation of innovative and engaging mobile games.
Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape, including user behavior and key metrics, to inform the product roadmap.
Align product development with Lion Studios’ strategic and competitive positioning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers to bring game concepts and features to life as an end-to-end product owner.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product/project management, or a related role within the mobile gaming industry (experience in managing gaming studios is a plus)
Proven experience in the ideation and development of new mobile games or apps, from concept through to production.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Turkish language proficiency is required for this position as this position will primarily work with studios from Turkey and Sr. Studios Manager in Turkey
Experience working on mobile games with a proven track record of driving successful planning, development, and launches (preferred).
Strong understanding of the latest trends in mobile gaming (preferred).
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with and understand both technical subjects and emerging technologies, and their relevance to the marketplace (preferred).
Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences (preferred).
Previous experience in a startup environment (preferred).
