About the role

  • Data Analyst tasked with enhancing the risk management culture at Trio fintech. Involves data collection, analysis, and continuous monitoring improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze business data to generate monitoring that identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing monitoring processes by proposing new items to be monitored and new monitoring rules
  • Build workflows to deliver the results obtained from monitoring
  • Prepare reports and executive dashboards on the area's processes
  • Understand problems and propose solutions for technology applications, automation, and AI.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Prior knowledge and experience in financial institutions in areas such as Internal Controls, AML/CFT, Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit
  • Contribute to improvement projects to strengthen and evolve the institution's data management culture
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, databases, and programming languages
  • Ability to map processes, identify risks, and implement and enhance internal controls
  • Experience in implementing projects and systems.
