Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the contract process within assigned Ministry.
Responsible for supporting Trinity Health's Contract Management System (“CMS”).
Accountable for maintaining contract process in compliance with applicable Trinity Health and Ministry policies and procedures.
Serves as liaison between Legal Department and Ministry business owners.
Responsible for contract intake, review and storage processes.
Managing electronic signature process ensuring all contracts are properly executed.
Assist with other projects for the Legal Department as assigned.
Requirements
Requires paralegal certificate, degree in paralegal studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a health related field.
Five (5) or more years of experience working in a law firm and/or corporate legal department with an emphasis on corporate healthcare and contract administration.
Experience in corporate records and transactions preferred.
Experience with legal research, filing and processing legal documents.
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
