About the role

  • Marketing Administrator assisting the Journal Marketing team with finance queries and general admin support. Delivering impactful marketing resources and supporting promotional activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the global Journal Marketing team in delivering general admin and providing marketing support
  • Finance & budget tracking such as assisting in processing invoices, tracking and reconciliation of marketing expenses
  • Provide general admin support to the Journal Marketing team, such as collecting data in Excel
  • Support marketers by coordinating with local printers, sourcing images, posting on social media
  • Coordinate content requests such as banner ads, business cards, videos etc.

Requirements

  • Are data literate, able to quickly adapt to new systems and platforms
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Are proficient with MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Are self-motivated, able to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and keep sight of deadlines
  • Can work cooperatively with others across the organisation to achieve shared objectives
