About the role

  • Network Administrator overseeing enterprise network infrastructure and identity services in a NOC setting. Focused on implementation and support of networking initiatives including SD-WAN and PKI.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise network infrastructure and identity services within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment
  • Focus on network deployments, troubleshooting, security enhancements, and identity-based networking initiatives such as SD-WAN and PKI
  • Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
  • Support routers, switches, wireless access points, and connectivity services
  • Monitor and resolve network and connectivity issues
  • Provide support for Windows-based systems and mobile devices
  • Manage and resolve tickets in the support system
  • Support SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services
  • Create and maintain network diagrams and technical documentation
  • Work with cross-functional IT and business teams
  • Travel to field offices for installations and support

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration
  • 5+ years of experience with switches, wireless access points installation & troubleshooting
  • 5+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and authentication services
  • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices
  • Strong experience with network documentation and diagrams
  • Associate’s Degree in a related field
