About the role

Responsibilities
- Set-out and implement an effective geospatial training and development strategy to close skills gaps, strengthen technical capabilities and align to business needs.
- Collaborate with the geospatial departments to develop industry leading technical training and development programmes.
- Work with Project Managers of major strategic projects to ensure the required technical capabilities and structures are in place to deliver effectively and efficiently.
- Travel to regional offices and project locations (Europe wide) to undertake on site project reviews, capability assessments and training.
- In areas of expertise, deliver geospatial survey training, also developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team on the wider learning and development strategy, systems and initiatives.
- Support the implementation of an effective mentorship development scheme.
- Promoting and mentoring staff through accredited survey schemes (CICES/RICS/SCSI).
Requirements
- Proven experience training, mentoring, and developing geospatial surveyors or processors
- Strong technical understanding across multiple geospatial disciplines
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe as required
- Full right to work in the UK or Ireland
