• Senior Program Manager with 5+ years experience managing product development processes at Stanley Black & Decker. This hybrid role involves cross-functional leadership and project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the readiness of all functions throughout the product development process
• Establish and clarify product and program objectives
• Ensure development team has the guidance and resources necessary to succeed
• Track and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• Build project schedule and manage changes to the schedule baseline
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products to market on vision, on schedule, and within financial targets
• Ensure project meets product quality standard and look for continuous improvements
• Develop mitigation strategies and monitor risk levels
• Facilitate project meetings and manage documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• 5+ years working experience in engineering and program management
• 2+ years experience in PMO role
• Exceptional knowledge in project planning and management/supervision
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Project Management Software Skills
• Working experience in the power tool industry is preferred
• New product development experience is preferred
