Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance on implementing Momentum in a cloud environment as part of a financial and acquisition management system for a Cabinet Level Agency.
Direct and perform technical tasks including analysis, requirements development, technical configuration, system performance testing as part of an implementation of Momentum.
Recommend system improvements in the following specialties as they pertain to Momentum: information systems architecture, networking, cloud environment configuration, performance testing, automation, security, communications, software life-cycle management, modeling and simulation.
Requirements
5 years’ experience supporting Momentum Implementation technical activities at a large cabinet level agency with thousands of concurrent users.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
Expertise with cloud computing environments, including configuration and tuning for application and database servers.
Experience with implementing high-volume system interfaces with Momentum (both real-time and batch)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
