About the role

  • Senior Support Engineer managing Directory and Authentication Services solutions at Swiss Re. Working in a dynamic team on Active Directory and cloud automation engine.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teammates and external stakeholders to administrate our Entra Id Tenant, on premises Active Directory, PKI Infrastructure and Azure based cloud automation engine.
  • Administrate our four main services and work on security relevant topics.
  • Support other teams with advanced troubleshooting and handle level 4 support requests with the platform manufacturer e.g. Microsoft.
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of extensive and applied experience with Entra Id administration.
  • 3+ years of extensive and applied experience with Active Directory administration.
  • Technical understanding of the following protocols: Https, REST, JSON, Kerberos, SAML and oAuth.
  • Experience with certificate templates and standard certificate lifecycle operations.
  • Solid understanding of IdP related topics is a must.
  • Ability to work on tasks independently and take ownership of platforms and topics.
