Technical Support Junior providing support in a dynamic startup focused on data products and machine learning. Responsible for resolving technical incidents and maintaining user infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to internal users and configure new equipment.
Resolve incidents and support tickets. Diagnose, repair, and replace PC equipment.
Maintain communication with external vendors and suppliers.
Create and maintain internal documentation of infrastructure and support procedures.
Provide support to the infrastructure team on various tasks as required.
Keep inventory stock up to date and coordinate logistics. Ensure the adoption of security policies.
Requirements
Students of Technical Support, Infrastructure, or related degrees.
+2 years of experience providing technical support in Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
Experience and knowledge in notebook repair.
Experience managing and administering Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server (DC, AD, GPO, etc.), and Linux.
Experience with VOIP telephony platforms.
Technical English proficiency.
Based in CABA/AMBA with availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday.
