Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle the intake of incidents and technical requests.
You analyze and classify customer inquiries and document reports in our ticketing system.
You take care of integrating and configuring printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Supporting Microsoft Office applications is also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or qualification in the IT field.
Good knowledge of operating systems and core software administration, Windows Terminal Server, and Active Directory (Windows and Microsoft Office) is desirable.
Ideally, experience in technical support.
Experience working with a ticketing system is desirable.
Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style within a team.
Professional conduct with customers both on the phone and via email.
Very good German language skills.
