About the role

  • IT-Support Engineer handling technical support and issues for clients in a hybrid work environment. Assist with troubleshooting and configuring peripheral devices and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle the intake of incidents and technical requests.
  • You analyze and classify customer inquiries and document reports in our ticketing system.
  • You take care of integrating and configuring printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Supporting Microsoft Office applications is also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or qualification in the IT field.
  • Good knowledge of operating systems and core software administration, Windows Terminal Server, and Active Directory (Windows and Microsoft Office) is desirable.
  • Ideally, experience in technical support.
  • Experience working with a ticketing system is desirable.
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style within a team.
  • Professional conduct with customers both on the phone and via email.
  • Very good German language skills.
