Responsibilities
Customer acquisition and account management, including preparation and follow-up of client meetings
You are responsible for developing long-term business relationships, including acquiring new clients and taking the initial step to identify needs in the finance departments of both new and existing clients from DAX, MDAX and mid-market companies
Independently manage your projects in consulting, interim management and recruitment consulting, from needs analysis to contract conclusion
Build your own network of CFOs, managing directors and HR decision-makers through active relationship management
Establish and maintain a network of interim managers and finance professionals
Independently conduct negotiations with our clients and interim managers
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in economics/business administration
At least 2 years of professional experience in service sales, preferably from consulting or recruitment consulting
Strong communication skills
Structured way of working and strong organizational skills
Fluent German and good English skills
