Responsibilities
Management and coordination of service providers in the area of real estate.
Participation in contract drafting, e.g., purchase and usage agreements, as well as management and maintenance of land rights.
Responsibility for interfaces between internal departments and external partners during coordination processes for property-related encumbrances and security measures along the planned route alignment.
Support in preparing approval/permit documentation under NABEG for linear infrastructure projects.
Assistance in obtaining access permits for preparatory measures such as geotechnical investigations, surveys/mapping, or archaeological prospections.
Requirements
University degree in agricultural or forestry sciences, surveying, real estate, economics, or law.
At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role within the real estate/property sector.
Solid knowledge of utility/right-of-way law and property law, as well as experience working with the cadastral land registry.
Structured and independent working style, strong assertiveness, high teamwork skills, and a professional, reliable demeanor.
Excellent German communication skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
Valid driving license (Class B).
