About the role

  • Projektmanager:in für Liegenschaften bei VOIGT INGENIEURE in Berlin. Verantwortung für Großprojekte und Koordination von Dienstleistern im Bereich Liegenschaften.

Responsibilities

  • Management and coordination of service providers in the area of real estate.
  • Participation in contract drafting, e.g., purchase and usage agreements, as well as management and maintenance of land rights.
  • Responsibility for interfaces between internal departments and external partners during coordination processes for property-related encumbrances and security measures along the planned route alignment.
  • Support in preparing approval/permit documentation under NABEG for linear infrastructure projects.
  • Assistance in obtaining access permits for preparatory measures such as geotechnical investigations, surveys/mapping, or archaeological prospections.

Requirements

  • University degree in agricultural or forestry sciences, surveying, real estate, economics, or law.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role within the real estate/property sector.
  • Solid knowledge of utility/right-of-way law and property law, as well as experience working with the cadastral land registry.
  • Structured and independent working style, strong assertiveness, high teamwork skills, and a professional, reliable demeanor.
  • Excellent German communication skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving license (Class B).
