Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of service providers in the area of real estate.
- Participation in contract drafting, e.g., purchase and usage agreements, as well as management and maintenance of land rights.
- Responsibility for interfaces between internal departments and external partners during coordination processes for property-related encumbrances and security measures along the planned route alignment.
- Support in preparing approval/permit documentation under NABEG for linear infrastructure projects.
- Assistance in obtaining access permits for preparatory measures such as geotechnical investigations, surveys/mapping, or archaeological prospections.
Requirements
- University degree in agricultural or forestry sciences, surveying, real estate, economics, or law.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role within the real estate/property sector.
- Solid knowledge of utility/right-of-way law and property law, as well as experience working with the cadastral land registry.
- Structured and independent working style, strong assertiveness, high teamwork skills, and a professional, reliable demeanor.
- Excellent German communication skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Valid driving license (Class B).
