About the role

  • Project Manager coordinating real estate services for infrastructure projects in Berlin. Involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and working on significant energy transition projects.

Responsibilities

  • Management and coordination of service providers in the real estate area.
  • Participation in contract drafting, e.g., purchase and usage agreements, as well as the administration and maintenance of land/property rights.
  • Acting as the interface between internal departments and external partners during coordination processes for securing property rights and encumbrances along the planned route alignment.
  • Support in preparing approval documents under NABEG for linear infrastructure projects.
  • Involvement in obtaining site access permissions for preparatory measures such as geotechnical investigations, mapping/surveys, or archaeological prospecting.

Requirements

  • University degree in agricultural or forestry sciences, surveying, real estate, economics, or law.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role within real estate/property management.
  • Solid knowledge of utility-line and property law, as well as experience working with the land registry (cadastre).
  • Structured and independent working style, strong assertiveness, high teamwork skills, and a professional, reliable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2), both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license (class B).
