About the role

  • Analyzing fulfillment centers data to improve local & international operation processes,
  • Monitoring & comparing the performance of fulfillment centers,
  • Exploring KPI improvement areas with granular analysis,
  • Contributing & addressing development areas of fulfillment centers executing BU, operation type, category based analysis,
  • According to the sales forecast, making the comparison of the delivery capacity and shipping plan regularly on a monthly basis to ensure that action is taken for the need for stock&process capacity and customer satisfaction in the long term,
  • Owning the metrics preparation and presentation for warehouse capacity planning, logistics network performance, forecast accuracy and inventory health
  • Implementing and ramping-up new solutions in collaboration with tech teams and data source providers and contribute to our roadmap
  • Preparation of the operational daily shipping plan in line with the targets during the campaign periods

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from engineering departments of reputable universities (preferably industrial engineering),
  • Min 1-3 years experience,
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel / GSheets, knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Excel VBA is a plus,
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eagerness to learn,
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels,
  • Ability to co-operate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Capable of quickly understanding various operational metrics and processes, and how they interact,
  • Experience in planning, operations or reporting is a plus.
