According to the sales forecast, making the comparison of the delivery capacity and shipping plan regularly on a monthly basis to ensure that action is taken for the need for stock&process capacity and customer satisfaction in the long term,
Owning the metrics preparation and presentation for warehouse capacity planning, logistics network performance, forecast accuracy and inventory health
Implementing and ramping-up new solutions in collaboration with tech teams and data source providers and contribute to our roadmap
Preparation of the operational daily shipping plan in line with the targets during the campaign periods
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from engineering departments of reputable universities (preferably industrial engineering),
Min 1-3 years experience,
Advanced knowledge of Excel / GSheets, knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Excel VBA is a plus,
Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eagerness to learn,
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels,
Ability to co-operate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Capable of quickly understanding various operational metrics and processes, and how they interact,
Experience in planning, operations or reporting is a plus.
