Responsibilities
Own discovery for new products and revenue streams
Lead end-to-end discovery for new products, features, and monetization opportunities
Build a durable Voice of Customer engine
Translate qualitative and quantitative insights in win/loss and churn analysis into clear product opportunities
Develop business cases outlining ICP, problem framing, value proposition
Drive product roadmap execution
Partner closely with Development and Engineering to deliver high-quality releases
Establish clear KPIs and use results to iterate on warranty updates and product enhancements
Identify where AI meaningfully improves customer value
Collaborate with Engineering and technical partners to translate needs into AI-ready requirements
Champion responsible AI practices
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to define positioning, differentiation, packaging, and launch strategy
Drive alignment with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
Requirements
4+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to define and ship product improvements with strong specs, cross-functional coordination, and measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical toolkit: can confidently use qualitative + quantitative inputs to drive prioritization (funnels, churn, win/loss patterns).
Experience contributing to or leading 0–1 initiatives (new products, new modules, new monetization).
Practical experience with AI-powered product work or features (GenAI and/or ML): opportunity identification, requirements, measurement, and iteration.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in a growth-focused environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-ready clarity.
