About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager responsible for brand strategy on Meta & TikTok for high-end agency. Collaborating on campaigns with measurable brand awareness and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Brand building: You present brands on Meta & TikTok so they stick — emotionally powerful, strategically grounded, and tailored to each channel.
  • Campaign strategy: You plan upper-funnel campaigns and, when needed, integrate them with offline touchpoints.
  • Impact: You measure success not by CPMs but by outcome KPIs such as brand lift and incrementality.
  • Audiences: You dive into new segments and markets, recognize cultural nuances, and uncover growth narratives.
  • Social ads: You run Meta & TikTok with clear hypotheses, iterative creative tests, and clean setups to achieve scalable results.
  • Meta: You use Advantage+ strategically, build strong signals, and get more out of every euro of media budget.
  • TikTok: You focus on content that excites, plan creator collaborations strategically, and test hooks and formats.
  • Fresh input: You bring new ideas and formats to the team, break routines, and inject fresh approaches into brand-awareness campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance and brand marketing, ideally in a social environment with Meta and TikTok.
  • Diligence: You work precisely, document thoroughly, and ensure quality — from setup to reporting.
  • Curiosity: You’re eager to try new things, test hypotheses boldly, and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.
  • Analytical mindset: You turn dashboards into actionable recommendations, spot patterns, and prioritize measures with tangible impact.
  • Team player: You proactively share knowledge, advise clients as equals, and keep everyone properly in the loop.
  • Languages: Native-level German and strong English.
