Responsibilities
Conduct qualification conversations with prospects
Initiate (first) contact with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
Understand the interests and needs of potential customers
Work closely with the team to ensure prospects are handled according to their needs
Schedule appointments for follow-up discussions with our experts
Coordinate and follow up on appointments
Maintain and update CRM systems
Document conversations and lead qualification outcomes
Collect feedback from the sales team to continuously improve the process
Perform outbound activities to reactivate prospects or reach out to new leads
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
Interest in sales and a basic understanding of sales processes
Ability to coordinate appointments efficiently
Independent and proactive working style
Experience with CRM systems and common office software is a plus
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
