About the role

  • Junior Sales Setter responsible for qualifying leads and coordinating appointments for TradingFreaks training offers. Engaging communications and proactive outreach are essential in this hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualification conversations with prospects
  • Initiate (first) contact with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Understand the interests and needs of potential customers
  • Work closely with the team to ensure prospects are handled according to their needs
  • Schedule appointments for follow-up discussions with our experts
  • Coordinate and follow up on appointments
  • Maintain and update CRM systems
  • Document conversations and lead qualification outcomes
  • Collect feedback from the sales team to continuously improve the process
  • Perform outbound activities to reactivate prospects or reach out to new leads

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
  • Interest in sales and a basic understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to coordinate appointments efficiently
  • Independent and proactive working style
  • Experience with CRM systems and common office software is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
