About the role

  • Deal Desk Manager optimizing sales order process at Tradable Bits, enhancing fan engagement for major brands. Collaborating across teams to ensure deal accuracy and smooth execution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary commercial liaison between Marketing, Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, and Finance to ensure deal accuracy and smooth execution
  • Support deal execution through pricing, discounting, and deal structuring guidance
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Sales Order Process
  • Prepare and manage quotes, order forms, statements of work, pricing schedules, discounting, and amendments
  • Coordinate contract reviews and approvals with Legal
  • Track and analyze commercial drivers for new business, expansions, renewals, and churn
  • Own HubSpot deal data integrity, ensuring accuracy of contract values, pricing, billing terms, start and end dates, amendments, and activation milestones
  • Confirm contractual and billing requirements are complete prior to handoff for activation and invoicing
  • Identify and drive process improvements across deal desk, Sales tech stack, activation, and revenue workflows
  • Maintain documentation and controls to support scalability and audit readiness
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Experience supporting B2B or SaaS sales organizations
  • Strong understanding of pricing, discounting, and contract structures
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (deal objects, custom properties, workflows, and reporting)
  • Experience with contract tools such as PandaDoc or similar (preferred)
  • Ability to interpret contracts and statements of work and translate them into accurate operational data
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy, scalability, and controls
