About the role

  • Assistant Estate Manager overseeing property management services at JLL in Bengaluru, ensuring smooth site operations and guiding team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of the entire bouquet of Property Management Services provided at the site.
  • Ensure smooth operations at the facility by enhancing efficiency using innovation and technology.
  • Ensure manpower at the site is enabled to face challenges by guiding, grooming, developing and supporting them.
  • Formulate suitable budgeting controls and Monitor SLA’s & KPI’s for JLL and outsourced agencies.
  • Maintain service level agreements and keep performance indicator scores above excellence.
  • Ensure timely renewal of agreements, submission of invoices and follow-ups for payments.
  • Oversee all vendor quotations and invoices.
  • Ensure proper signoffs for attendance and all required details for cost sheet submission.
  • Ensure timely submission of client approved cost sheet to JLL office.
  • Ensure accuracy of billing information.
  • Conduct daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of buildings and facilities.
  • Assist client SPOC in creating the annual budget for site operations.
  • Review and ensure data is updated.
  • Deal with occupants’ queries and ensure robust complaint management process.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Marine Engineering OR equivalent
  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of work experience in Facility Industry /Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry
  • Residential experience preferred for residential sites
