Responsibilities
Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, org design, and leadership effectiveness.
Coach managers to elevate performance and engagement.
Lead high-risk ER cases with discretion and legal awareness.
Partner with counsel on sensitive matters and establish consistent ER standards.
Drive org changes, restructures, and talent planning.
Conduct diagnostics and action plans for culture and retention.
Design strategic people initiatives, interpret engagement data, and champion inclusion and psychological safety.
Use analytics to guide decisions on team health, risk, and workforce trends.
Requirements
5–8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with demonstrated success in a People Partner or equivalent advisory role.
Strong experience in complex employee relations, manager coaching, and influencing senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change in high-growth or global tech environments.
Working knowledge of employment law across multiple regions (US, Canada, Poland preferred).
Strong problem-solving and analytical capability; able to use data to guide and influence decisions.
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and executive presence.
Ability to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of judgment.
Experience supporting distributed or global teams is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS (HiBob), reporting, and employee experience systems.
