About the role

  • Senior People Partner advising business leaders on workforce planning and employee relations. Leading change initiatives to foster a people-first culture in a global SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, org design, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Coach managers to elevate performance and engagement.
  • Lead high-risk ER cases with discretion and legal awareness.
  • Partner with counsel on sensitive matters and establish consistent ER standards.
  • Drive org changes, restructures, and talent planning.
  • Conduct diagnostics and action plans for culture and retention.
  • Design strategic people initiatives, interpret engagement data, and champion inclusion and psychological safety.
  • Use analytics to guide decisions on team health, risk, and workforce trends.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with demonstrated success in a People Partner or equivalent advisory role.
  • Strong experience in complex employee relations, manager coaching, and influencing senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change in high-growth or global tech environments.
  • Working knowledge of employment law across multiple regions (US, Canada, Poland preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability; able to use data to guide and influence decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and executive presence.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of judgment.
  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (HiBob), reporting, and employee experience systems.
