Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and processes
Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience
Maintain accurate employee records and data hygiene in our HRIS (HiBob)
Collaborate with the Payroll & Benefits Manager on transitions, leaves, and policy communication
Assist frontline managers in applying policies and navigating basic people issues
Participate in performance discussions and employee relations cases alongside the CPO
Prepare communications, documentation, and follow‑ups for people‑related initiatives
Coordinate key people programs (engagement surveys, performance cycles, recognition efforts)
Support DEI initiatives and culture‑building activities
Requirements
4-5 years of HR experience in a generalist or people operations role
Strong understanding of HR fundamentals: onboarding, policy management, ER basics, compliance
Familiarity with HRIS platforms, basic reporting, and internal communication tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities independently
Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams is helpful
