About the role

  • People Partner supporting day-to-day employee experience while running key people programs at Trackforce. Collaborating with CPO and developing strategic HR capabilities in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and processes
  • Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data hygiene in our HRIS (HiBob)
  • Collaborate with the Payroll & Benefits Manager on transitions, leaves, and policy communication
  • Assist frontline managers in applying policies and navigating basic people issues
  • Participate in performance discussions and employee relations cases alongside the CPO
  • Prepare communications, documentation, and follow‑ups for people‑related initiatives
  • Coordinate key people programs (engagement surveys, performance cycles, recognition efforts)
  • Support DEI initiatives and culture‑building activities

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of HR experience in a generalist or people operations role
  • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals: onboarding, policy management, ER basics, compliance
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, basic reporting, and internal communication tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities independently
  • Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams is helpful
  • Proficiency in French and English is a must.
