About the role
- Working Student in Talent Acquisition at The Quality Group. Supporting Blue-Collar recruitment activities and managing candidate interactions.
Responsibilities
- You will support applicant management for our blue-collar positions (e.g., warehouse, production, logistics)
- You will maintain close communication with candidates and coordinate interviews with the TA team and hiring departments
- You will assist in creating and publishing job postings, especially for the Elmshorn site
- You will work on small to medium recruiting projects, for example:
- Supporting the development and maintenance of a talent pool
- Designing flyers and recruitment materials
- Assisting with process and workflow optimizations
- You will support the team at blue-collar events, job fairs and local recruiting activities
- You will assist with onboarding our blue-collar employees once a month
- You will work very closely with our (great 😉) Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar) and have at least one year of study remaining
- You have initial experience in recruiting – alternatively you bring experience from customer service or another candidate-facing role
- You are comfortable with high levels of candidate contact and communicate openly, kindly and professionally
- You work extremely structured – organization, prioritization and follow-up are a must for you
- You are detail-oriented and hands-on, even when things get faster-paced
- You enjoy working in a team but can also organize your own work very well
- You have very good German language skills; English skills are a plus.
