About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner managing complex recruitment processes in a fast-paced international environment for CMA CGM, a global leader in shipping and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and strategic roles
  • Partner closely with senior hiring managers and HR stakeholders
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent
  • Provide expert advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and external partners
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • Leverage recruitment data and HR analytics to support decision-making
  • Support and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Act as an ambassador of the Group’s values and employer brand
  • Contribute to the Group’s talent acquisition transformation

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong expertise in headhunting and proactive sourcing strategies
  • Experience managing complex recruitment processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Data-driven mindset with an interest in recruitment analytics
  • Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent in French and English
