Responsibilities
You implement the B2B expansion roadmap for Germany
You are responsible for the end-to-end readiness of new B2B customers — from approval to go-live
You manage and develop the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels
You translate portfolio priorities into concrete NOI, distribution, and sales targets
You analyze performance KPIs, identify gaps, and derive effective actions
You ensure consistent execution of sales fundamentals — assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
You act as the single point of contact for the German B2B business and manage day-to-day operations
You share best practices and scale successful execution approaches internationally
Requirements
You have at least 7 years' experience in the FMCG sector, ideally in food, beverage, or lifestyle
You have a proven track record in marketing, sales, or commercial roles with a clear B2B focus
You bring experience in go-to-market processes, sales steering, or channel management
You think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented way, and take ownership
You demonstrate strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management
You are KPI-driven and possess strong analytical skills
You are comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment
You are willing to travel, approximately 60% across Germany including Hamburg and the HQ
You are fluent in German and English (business fluent)
